Contribute to the construction of public policy and social processes related to health, sexuality and human rights, based on knowledge and commitment involving the State and civil society.

Strengthen the capacities of community organizations, particularly those representing vulnerable and affected populations, to monitor and evaluate actions conducted by the State and other actors in the fields of sexual and reproductive health and HIV/Aids, including those of research and health promotion and care, from a human rights perspective.
